Photographs created during a session may contain personal data where individuals can be identified.

Booking a photography session or accepting the Booking Terms & Conditions does not automatically constitute consent for identifiable photographs to be used for promotional purposes.

Photographs will only be used by Frame The Moment for purposes such as:

  • portfolio display;
  • the Frame The Moment website;
  • social media;
  • advertising;
  • promotional or marketing materials;

where the appropriate permission has been obtained separately.

Where consent is the legal basis for such use, consent may be withdrawn by contacting Frame The Moment.

Withdrawal of consent will not affect processing that took place lawfully before the withdrawal. Where reasonably possible and within Frame The Moment's control, future promotional use of the relevant photographs will cease following withdrawal.

Refusing promotional use of photographs will not affect your ability to book or receive photography services.


6. Children's Personal Data

Photography sessions may include children.

Where consent is required for the promotional use of an identifiable photograph of a child, permission will be obtained from the appropriate parent or legal guardian.


7. Sharing Personal Data

Frame The Moment does not sell your personal data.

  • Pixieset, for website and online gallery services;
  • email and communication service providers;
  • payment service providers;
  • website hosting, analytics or technical service providers;
  • professional advisers or authorities where required by law.

Only information reasonably necessary for the relevant service will be shared.

Third-party providers process information according to their own data protection obligations and privacy policies.

Private online galleries are normally available for three months from the date of delivery, as described in the Frame The Moment Booking Terms & Conditions.

Clients are responsible for downloading and safely storing their delivered photographs before the gallery expires.

Frame The Moment may retain working files or backup copies for a period after delivery, but long-term storage of photographs is not guaranteed.

Information that must be retained for legal, accounting or tax purposes may be kept for the period required by applicable law.

Photographs used for portfolio or promotional purposes with appropriate permission may be retained while that permission remains applicable or until they are no longer required for that purpose, subject to applicable data protection rights.


10. Cookies and Website Analytics

The Frame The Moment website may use cookies or similar technologies for website functionality and, where applicable, analytics.

Cookies that are strictly necessary for the website to function may be used without consent.

Where consent is required for non-essential cookies, these will only be activated after the visitor has given the required consent.
